We are currently recruiting for a brand-new Legal PA position, to work in the London office of a highly regarded, expanding US law firm.
This is a full-time, permanent position to support an allocation of Partners and Associates within the firms’ transactional practice groups.
Responsibilities will include:
* Building effective working relationships with clients.
* Providing exceptional support in document preparation, including editing, proofreading, and redlining.
* Proactively managing inboxes and diaries.
* Provide meticulous support in arranging and coordinating logistics for meetings, including video/audio conferencing, room assignments, and catering requests.
* Inputting, reviewing, editing, and updating attorney time entries.
* Proactively managing monthly client billings by reviewing and editing prebills and liaising with the billing department.
* Submitting expense reports and vendor invoices.
* Establishing and maintaining paper and electronic files.
* Managing the client intake process.
A competitive salary of up to £55,000 is on offer, plus benefits and hybrid working arrangements are in place (3:2).

Suitable applicants will have 3+ years of legal secretarial experience gained from a US/City law firm, with demonstrable client-service skills and a proactive mindset.
