About The Role
Working Shift Pattern: 4 out of 7 days, 08:00‑18:00 or 11:00‑21:00 or 12:00‑22:00.
To carry out all aspects of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance within the Park to the highest possible quality levels ensuring the agreed standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure consistent delivery of high quality maintenance.
* Work to maintenance plans to ensure high standards of product availability, operational presentation and customer satisfaction.
* Provide support and information to all maintenance teams and other departments.
* Consider other departments’ requirements and provide guidance and support as appropriate.
* Ensure the maintenance team works within all relevant legislation, guidelines and code of practice and that all procedures are adhered to.
* Worksheets are completed detailing the exact nature of work carried out.
* Carry out fault diagnosis on all equipment as necessary.
Essential Qualifications
* A craft qualification such as a recognised electrical apprenticeship such as or equivalent to City & Guilds 2350 NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation Engineering + AM2.
* The current wiring regulations qualification such as or equal to City & Guilds 2381-18 Level 3 Award (18th Edition).
* Valid and in date Grade card/CSCS Card or equivalent qualification.
Desirable Qualifications
* An Inspection & Testing qualification such as or equal to City & Guilds 2391-52 Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations.
