Role Overview
As a Behaviour Mentor, you’ll work closely with pupils to help them understand and manage their emotions, encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning. You’ll support students both in and outside of the classroom, using restorative and therapeutic approaches to build trust and resilience.
You’ll collaborate with teachers, behaviour specialists, and pastoral staff to develop tailored strategies that promote emotional regulation, communication, and social skills.
