Grant Thornton's Transfer Pricing team assists multinational businesses across a range of industries with all matters relating to transfer pricing. The team supports clients throughout the complete lifecycle, from design to implementation, compliance, documentation, and audit defence.

Role Overview
As an Associate Director you will:
* Support Partners and Directors by managing and developing a high‑calibre team of tax specialists, coaching and developing the team to deliver objectives.
* Implement business plans and generate new business opportunities.
* Build and manage an internal and external network to generate fee‑winning opportunities, working with Partners and Directors on pitches.
* Act as lead on assignments where appropriate, or support the Director/Partner while ensuring the team is managed and developed.
* Manage and deliver a portfolio of client relationships, delivering excellent client service with minimal oversight.
* Continue personal development, achieving objectives across the scorecard and obtaining regular feedback.
* Act with integrity and in line with the firm's organisational values.
Qualifications
Minimum criteria:
* Qualified (ACA, CTA, ATT) with demonstrable experience at Manager level or above.
* Commercial awareness.
* Strategic thinking and business‑oriented approach.
* Strong communication skills.
* Strong analytical abilities.
* Eagerness to learn and develop self and others.
* Experience of managing day‑to‑day projects with limited supervision.
