Our client is a privately owned company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use developments. Operating as both developer and construction manager, they are known for well-organised sites, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to project delivery. The Role As Construction Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the construction delivery of multiple projects or a large flagship scheme, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
