Job Overview
We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager (Coffee House) to join our team. The role is full‑time between mid‑February and three days per week over the winter months. It is a permanent contract with 36 hours per week in the main season and 21 hours per week in the closed season, including bank holidays and weekends year‑round.
Key Responsibilities
As a Food and Beverage Manager you will manage the on‑site food and beverage operation, lead the team to achieve excellent customer service, and ensure full compliance with COSHH, PEE and other legislation. You will drive the future development of the F&B offer, improving income, standards, efficiency and cost‑effectiveness while maintaining high levels of customer service, cleanliness and presentation.

Required Qualifications
* Experience managing a team in a hospitality, visitor‑facing environment
* Current Level 3 Food and Hygiene certificate
* Understanding of financial budgets
* Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
* Strong leadership skills, able to remain calm under pressure
