Sous Chef - Luxury Hotel - Great Career Opportunity Our client is recruiting a Sous Chef to work under an award winning execuitbve chef and work in the Hotel's fine dining restaurant. You will work in the kitchen and be a well motivated and strong communicator. You will be preparing quality food with fresh, seasonal produce including those grown on site and will ideally have experince at 2AA level or higher. The restaurant is open for dinner service and Sunday Lunch so the shifts will be a 12 - finish most days. The role is 48 hours per week and you will get generous tronc and benefits package.
