Job Title: Account Manager
Arden Creative Studio is a new manufacturer of Papercraft products in the Creative Products market. We are seeking a skilled Account Manager with sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, customer-focused, and capable of developing strong relationships with clients and retailers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service:
o Respond promptly to customer inquiries via telephone or email and process orders.
o Learn and optimize the use of our accounting and ordering systems.
o Set up trade accounts and provide necessary information to clients.
2. Account Management:
o Develop and nurture relationships with international distributors and key accounts to meet sales targets.
o Initiate contact with prospective customers and register new accounts.
o Manage pre-orders and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
o Conduct online meetings to present new product ranges and collate pre-orders for stock management.
o Update and log customer information and provide feedback during meetings.
Minimum Requirements
* Educated to A-level or equivalent.
* Professional and courteous communication skills, both verbal and written.
* At least 3 years of customer service experience.
* Ability to travel comfortably to our Redditch location.
Additional Information
Based in Redditch, Worcestershire (B98 9HF). Hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility during busy periods. Salary depends on experience. The role reports directly to the Sales Manager.
