Sales Professional– MBST Health (UK-wide | Remote + Travel)

MBST Health is expanding, and we’re looking for a confident, energetic Sales Professional to help grow our footprint across the UK and beyond.
We deliver cutting-edge, non-invasive regenerative therapy through MBST technology, partnering with medical clinics and professional sports organisations to provide evidence-backed treatment options for people living with pain, injury, or degenerative conditions.
The Role
This is a high-impact, field-based sales role combining commercial growth, long-term clinic partnerships, and hands-on support. You’ll represent MBST at national events, work directly with clinicians and sports clubs, and play a key role in supporting clinic success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
· Drive sales of MBST therapy devices across new and existing territories (UK-wide, with opportunities to support Ireland)
· Create and execute a measurable sales strategy, with potential to build your own sales team
· Promote treatment card packages and support clinics in optimising uptake
· Identify and approach new opportunities across physiotherapy, osteopathy, sports medicine, and orthopaedics
· Deliver confident, evidence-led presentations to clinicians, sports clubs, and decision-makers
· Prepare tailored proposals and manage warm leads through to close
Clinic Relationship Management
· Act as a point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clinics alongside our clinical lead.
· Ensure clinics are trained, supported, and equipped for long-term success (working closely with our clinical, technical, commercial and management teams)
· Monitor performance and work collaboratively with clinics to increase patient volumes and sales
Operational Coordination
· Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and high service standards
· Support clinic readiness and patient flow planning where needed
Events & Brand Representation
· Represent MBST Health at exhibitions and events
· Support event set-up and deliver engaging, high-quality sales conversations
· Share field insights to support marketing, campaigns and overall growth strategy
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience in sales, account management or business development (healthcare/medical technology ideal)
· Excellent communication and presentation skills - adaptable to clinicians, business owners and patients
· Strong organisation and time-management skills with a proactive, self-starter mindset
· Willingness to travel regularly across the UK
· Interest in musculoskeletal health, physiotherapy or regenerative medicine
· Experience with medical devices or private clinics is desirable (but not essential)
