Senior Account Manager (Process Automation) As a Senior Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the Process Automation sector. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and productivity. In this role, you will impact the success of our customers by providing them with innovative process automation solutions that improve their operations and drive profitability. Your expertise will help shape the future of our client relationships and contribute to the overall success of Honeywell in the Industrial Automation market. This is a remote role with around 50% travel to the south of the UK. Honeywell Honeywell Industrial Automation enables our customers to run safer and more efficient operations. From refineries to distribution centres to retail stores, we help deliver results while improving worker safety and meeting sustainability goals such as reduced carbon emissions - by leveraging connectivity, advanced data analytics, software, robotics, sensors, process automation and asset performance management solutions. We Enable our Customers to Enhance the Safety, Sustainability, Resilience and Productivity of their People, Plants, and Assets. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. - Understand customer needs and provide tailored process automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions. - Experience in account management or sales roles, ideally within Process Control, Automation, Digitization, and SaaS. - Understanding of process automation technologies and their applications in various industries. - Track record of managing key accounts and driving business growth. - CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM applications, such as SFDC, and awareness of sustainability, CO2 capture, and hydrogen developments is advantageous.
