Maintenance Electrician - Mobile Position\n\nCardiff & Surrounding Areas\n\nMonday to Friday, 08:00-17:00\n\nSalary - £35,000 + Vehicle & Fuel Card\n\nWe're working with one of the largest FM companies in the UK and are looking for a Mobile Maintenance Technician to join a team of engineers on a mobile contract covering one of the largest retail banking contracts in the UK across Cardiff and surrounding areas.\n\nIn this role you will be undertaking typical PPM/Reactive duties on various pieces of building services equipment which are listed below. It is important in this role that you have a valid UK driving license and are able to pass more enhanced security checks.\n\nThis business is considered one of the largest FM employers across Europe having over 370,000 employees with an annual revenue of over £69b.\n\nJob specific Responsibilities for a Maintenance Technician:\n\n * Basic Plumbing\n\n * Basic Electrics\n\n * Basic Carpentry\n\n * Lamp changing\n\n * Take Tap Temperatures\n\n * Flushing\n\n * PPM's\n\n * Reactive maintenance\n\n * Plant Room Checks\n\n * Assist other engineers onsite as required\n\n * Painting & Decorating\n\n * Tiling
