Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee a diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, equity releases, and re-mortgages.
* Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documentation related to residential conveyancing.
* Manage transactions from start to finish, ensuring exceptional accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
* Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and requirements.
