This role is perfect for someone who lives locally, loves hospitality, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. About the Role As our Floor Supervisor, youll be the go-to person on shift leading by example, supporting the team, and ensuring the floor runs smoothly at all times. We need a true all-rounder who isnt afraid to jump behind the bar, run coffees, take orders, or assist guests whenever needed.
