About the role As an Apprenticeship Tutor at BPIF Training, you will play a key role in developing skilled people for the print and manufacturing industries. You will support apprentices throughout their programme, helping them build confidence, competence and industry-ready skills through high-quality teaching, assessment and coaching. This is a varied and people-focused role. You will work closely with apprentices and employers, delivering apprenticeship standards, tracking progress, and ensuring learners are well prepared for Gateway and End Point Assessment. You will balance flexibility and autonomy with clear quality and compliance expectations, supported by an experienced performance and quality team. Apprenticeship programmes you will support You will deliver across our trade apprenticeship provision. This may include: Print Technician Level 3 Print Operative Level 2 Process Leader Level 4 Signage Technician Level 3 Lean Manufacturing Level 2 This list is not exhaustive and may evolve in line with sector needs. Desirable knowledge and experience Two years experience delivering apprenticeships and/or Functional Skills GCSE (or equivalent) Grade AC in Maths and English Experience using e-portfolio systems and confidence with IT and digital tools A working knowledge of health and safety, safeguarding, Prevent, and equality and diversity requirements The ability to communicate clearly with learners, employers and senior business stakeholders Qualifications and development You will either already hold, or be willing to work towards: Relevant assessor qualification (e.g. D32/A1 or TAQA) A recognised teaching qualification An Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) qualification Please click on the link for the full job specification and apply on our company website
