Are you a commercially astute finance professional with strong analytical and modelling skills?
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, strategic decision-making and commercial insights across the business. You will be a key strategic partner to senior stakeholders, providing data-driven insights, financial analysis, and commercial support.
This role requires a excellent stakeholder management and a strong understanding of FP&A, ideally within a fast-moving, PE-backed environment.
This role also offers the opportunity to be heavily involved with the Senior Leadership Team, and the Exec
What you'll be doing:
* Act as a trusted Finance partner to leaders across key business units to provide financial insight, embed cost discipline and challenge decision-making
* Provide transparent and actionable budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
* Deliver accurate, insightful and timely financial reports. Drive the monthly Finance Reporting Pack (e.g. GM analysis, OPEX analysis, headcount analysis).
* Develop robust financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decision making and optimise business performance
* Work with gaming teams to understand the gaming roadmaps
* Partner with and support key stakeholders to assess financial impacts of transformation projects to support long-term business strategy.
* Support business cases for investment decisions, including ROI analysis and scenario modelling.
* Enhance FP&A processes, leveraging automation and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy
What you'll need:
* Demonstrable experience as a Finance Business Partner in addition to experience as a Finance Analyst or working within an FPA function
* Knowledge of reporting standards and management accounting techniques
* Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Experience in a PE-backed or technology-driven business is highly desirable
* Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving commercial outcomes
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a hands-on approach
