Executing the Banking Go to Market Strategy including New Product Introductions. Working closely with the region to understand country requirements and feed back to Product Management and Engineering. Key region input including SWOT, Market predictions and risks to the five year and annual plans. Supporting the Sales region in realising the strategy for their area utilising the Strategy to Win process. Assessing plans, forecasts and other inputs and making business prioritisation recommendationsRequirements:. B.A degree in relevant field. Strong leadership and people skills required to motivate and direct a team of independent contributors from various functions including sales, engineering, customer services, operations and product marketing. High energy level, good organisation and multi-tasking skills necessary to achieve constantly changing mix of short, medium and long-term objectives. Strong analytical skills. Business P&L and decision modelling proficiency.
