individual to join our team as our Sustainability, Health & Safety
Officer. If you’re dedicated to fostering a safe, sustainable, and

Your role in our family:
* Support implementation
and compliance of sustainability, environmental, and health & safety
policies across all departments.
* Collect, analyse, and
report on key sustainability and safety data, including preparation for
EarthCheck audits.
* Conduct regular risk
assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations to maintain a
safe workplace.
* Identify and drive
initiatives to improve energy efficiency, waste reduction, circularity,
and sustainable procurement.
* Coordinate staff
training, awareness campaigns, and engagement activities on sustainability
and health & safety topics.
* Manage internal and
external communications and prepare reports for leadership and
stakeholders on ESG and H&S performance.
* Promote a strong culture
of health, safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous
improvement, collaborating with teams like the Green Team and SKS.
What would make you the perfect fit?
* Proven experience in
implementing and managing sustainability, environmental, and health &
safety programs in a workplace setting.
* Strong knowledge of UK
environmental and H&S legislation, standards, and best practices
(e.g., EarthCheck or similar certifications).
* Excellent skills in data
collection, analysis, and reporting, with the ability to translate
findings into actionable improvements.
* Demonstrated ability to
conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and incident
investigations effectively.
* Proactive in driving
energy efficiency, waste reduction, and sustainable procurement
initiatives.
* Strong communication and
interpersonal skills to engage, train, and influence staff at all levels.
* Collaborative team
player with experience working across departments and with external
stakeholders to foster a culture of health, safety, and sustainability.
* Passionate about

responsibility.
