What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead on drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex commercial contracts across a diverse client base.
* Provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice to senior stakeholders.
* Play a pivotal role in strategic projects and commercial initiatives.
* Help shape risk management and compliance frameworks, including data privacy and regulatory matters.
* Occasionally step into the shoes of the Legal & Insurance Director, contributing at board and executive level.
What You’ll Bring
* A qualified lawyer (UK, Ireland, or Commonwealth) with 5+ years PQE, ideally with a blend of private practice and in-house experience.
* Expertise in commercial contracts, regulatory compliance (GDPR, competition law), and risk mitigation.
* A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A collaborative spirit and a passion for innovation—especially in tech or regulated environments.
