Position: People Administrator
Reporting to: People Advisor
Hours: 20 hours per week
Salary: £30,000 FTE/ £15,000 Pro Rata
Location: Norwich Head Office- 3 days per week
Job Purpose
Proving an effective People Service to the business by delivering efficient and solutions focused co-ordination and administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Duties and responsibilities
· To establish effective and positive working relationships with managers, colleagues and staff
· To provide an efficient and effective administrative service supporting the employee life cycle
· To support the development of policy and process and associated toolkits e.g., template letters, checklists, guidance documents, sharepoint (intranet) etc.
· To manage the People Team Ticketing System, prioritising, responding to, and escalating queries as required and in a timely manner.
· To be responsible for ensuring we have up to date, accurate people data and information from employment files to electronic data in I-Trent.
· Work closely with MHR Payroll and Line Managers to ensure the people data provided is correct to enable the delivery of an error free payroll on a monthly basis.
· Responsible for inputting and cleansing data in the I-Trent system in a timely manner, ensuring it’s up to date, accurate and fit for purpose.
· Engaging users of the I-Trent system, providing training and development as required to managers and teams to ensure its being used effectively. Development of how to/user guides, ensuring they are clearly communicated and accessible to all.
· To be the initial contact for managers, employees and super users for all I-Trent systems related queries.
· To provide people based reports as required for recruitment stats to absence reports, staff turnover, payroll, ESG and leavers/exit interview reports etc .
· To provide ad hoc co-ordination and administrative assistance to The People Team and for People related projects as and when required.

Qualifications, skills and experience
Essential:
Experience working with HR Systems
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative HR role.
Demonstrable experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Desirable:
Payroll experience
Mental Health First Aider
Level 3 CIPD qualification and/or equivalent level of knowledge and experience in HR.
