Applications are invited for this key role. Reporting to the Medical Director of the Specialist Hospitals Board, the successful candidate will bring their skills and experience to lead the ongoing development of outstanding clinical services for Queen Square division, which includes the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine, NHNN at Chalfont and NHNN at Cleveland Street.
Main duties of the job
The appointee will be passionate about the delivery of outstanding clinical and support services, optimising research and partnerships in the wider health system. The successful candidate will also demonstrate a firm commitment to the Trust’s values, and effective leadership in the delivery of patient and staff experience.
The appointee will work closely with the Divisional Manager and colleagues in the division and beyond.
The appointment is for an initial period of 3 years with the potential for extension beyond that period. The appointee will allocate 5 PAs to the duties of the post, agreeing a new job plan with the Medical Director, and will receive a management allowance as determined by the Trust’s Remuneration Committee of £20,340 per annum.
