Job Description
We are working with a national firm seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Locum to join their team ASAP on an ongoing basis, while they recruit permanently.
The Role:
You will support a busy construction team handling a varied non-contentious workload, including:
* Drafting and negotiating construction contracts
* Advising on JCT and NEC forms
* Supporting development and infrastructure projects
* Working closely with colleagues and clients to provide practical, commercial advice
Requirements:
* Qualified solicitor with experience in non-contentious construction matters
* Comfortable picking up matters quickly with minimal supervision
* Available to start at short notice
* Strong communication and drafting skills
