The post holder will respond to and resolve operational queries logged on the helpdesk to support end users with current digital systems, such as RiO, eMeds, and Oxcare.

The post holder will need to attend sites to support teams with logged queries and ensure teams are using existing digital systems appropriately.

The post holder will ensure services use digital systems correctly and support staff through training and guidance.

Responsibilities include:

* Providing support to all Trust and supported users with in-depth knowledge of multiple digital systems.
* Delivering first-time fix solutions for trust-wide digital systems recorded via the IT Service Desk.
* Liaising with other teams to resolve issues.
* Providing onsite support within offices, wards, prisons, and other clinical areas as advised.
* Supporting services across multiple locations in a fully agile way, primarily based at PWH.
* Being in the office a minimum of 2 days a week as part of agile working.

Additional duties include:

* Responding to ICT Service desk calls, prioritizing and escalating as necessary.
* Providing first-time resolution to user calls.
* Using initiative to solve problems with broad operating procedures.
* Explaining problems and solutions clearly to users.
* Analyzing user issues and implementing solutions.
* Planning and scheduling on-site visits as needed.
* Delivering ad hoc training and staying updated on system developments.
* Maintaining accurate records of diagnosis and actions.
* Managing workload by monitoring incidents and prioritizing responses.
* Performing any other duties supporting the Digital Transformation Team.
