We are a growing, exclusive Recruitment Company who is looking for our next team member to join our team.
Daily tasks include:
* Sourcing candidates for your clients through head-hunting, networking, advertising and use of the company’s database.
* Daily communication and liaising with clients, candidates and advertising teams.
* Sourcing new roles and client meetings
* Dealing with general queries
Full training for this role will be provided. However, we are looking for candidates with:
* Excellent communication and research skills
* Target driven and comfortable working in a competitive environment
* Ability to manage own workload
* Good knowledge of Microsoft office
* Be of smart appearance with a mature attitude
* Ideally previous sales experience
* No previous IT experience required
Our offices are based in Hamble which is a 10-minute drive from Southampton and is easily commutable by Train or Bus.
