Location: On-site, Newham Contract Type: Temporary Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday Pay Rate: £21.41 per hour PAYE / £27.91 per hour UMBRELLA The Role As a Property Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring temporary accommodation properties meet required safety and compliance standards. You will carry out property inspections, identify repair defects and fire safety concerns, and liaise with providers to ensure issues are resolved promptly. You will also work closely with residents, providing advice and support where required while maintaining accurate records using council systems.
