Adecco are please to be recruiting for an TVLRF Resilience Business Support Officer to work within the Thames Valley Police Force at there Headquarters

Location: Kidlington, Cherwell, Hybrid
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £13.65
End Date: July 31, 2026
Working Pattern: Part-time, 27 hours per week

Are you ready to make a difference in public services? Our client is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic TVLRF Resilience Business Support Officer to join their dynamic team! Overall Purpose of the Role:
In a nutshell, you will provide consistent and reliable support to the Thames Valley Local Resilience Forum (TVLRF) partnership. Your efforts will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of resilience operations across the Thames Valley region.

Key Accountability Areas:
As the TVLRF Resilience Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for:

Meeting Management:
- Proactively maintain the TVLRF annual schedule of meetings.
- Arrange multi-agency meetings, including venue booking, catering, and administrative prep.
- Attend meetings to capture minutes and actions.

Record Keeping:
- Maintain and update highly confidential files and records.
- Ensure accurate management of the TVLRF Contacts Directory and Database.
- Coordinate timely information flow among multi-agency partners.

Document Production:
- Produce well-crafted documents, letters, and reports.
- analyse data feedback from stakeholder events for partnership review.

Guidance and Support:
- Provide initial guidance and signposting for queries from a diverse range of partners.

ResilienceDirect Management:
- Maintain the TVLRF sections of the ResilienceDirect system.
- Oversee access requests and documentation uploads.

Project Assistance:
- Assist with specific projects and initiatives as directed by the TVLRF Partnership Manager.

Characteristics of the Role: To thrive in this role, you will need:

A proven ability to work independently and prioritise effectively.
A good standard of education with GCSEs (Grade 9-1/A-C) or equivalent in English and Maths.
Strong administrative skills and experience managing sensitive information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage a diverse audience.
Competence in MS Office packages, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
A willingness to travel across the Thames Valley as needed.
