This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) who is passionate about making a difference in children s education. The successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) will support across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, delivering planned lessons, leading small group interventions, and covering classes when needed.

The ideal Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) will:
* Hold a relevant Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification or equivalent
* Have recent experience working within a UK primary school
* Be confident in leading whole class sessions in the teacher s absence
* Be flexible, proactive and able to use their initiative
* Have excellent communication and behaviour management skills
