What We Offer:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Supportive team environment within the Royal Victoria HospitalKey Responsibilities:
Provide efficient administrative support to clinical and non-clinical teams
Manage patient information systems, including data entry and retrieval
Assist with appointment scheduling, waiting list management, and correspondence
Prepare reports, letters, and meeting minutes as required
Handle phone calls and respond to patient and staff queries with professionalism and empathy
Maintain confidentiality and uphold NHS information governance standardsQualifications:
Minimum 4 GCSEs (Grades A-C), including English Language, plus relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent communication and organizational skills
