This role operates on a shift pattern of 3 days on, 3 days off, working from 10am to 3pm.
As an Activities Co-ordinator at HC-One, kindness is at the heart of everything you do. You will be involved in planning and implementing activities that delight our Residents, helping organise fundraising events, and encouraging socialisation and engagement based on Residents' hobbies. Your work will be guided by compassion and a genuine desire to enhance Residents' lives.
We seek someone with experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally with a background in developing activity programmes. Your positive energy, excellent planning, organisational, and IT skills, along with your ability to communicate considerately and kindly, are essential.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must be able to recognise signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know the procedures for reporting concerns. All staff will receive safeguarding training relevant to their role and additional training as needed.
