Overview
The Head Of Sales will lead and drive strategic sales initiatives across the UK through the Sales Team, targeting high-value projects with both main contractors and direct clients. They will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, developing the regional sales team, and delivering against ambitious revenue and margin targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver FY26 and FY27 sales plans aligned to company growth strategy
* Drive new business generation from Tier 1 & 2 contractors and direct client sectors (education, healthcare, hospitality, corporate, stadia)
* Lead and mentor a high-performance regional sales team
* Oversee CRM pipeline, reporting accuracy, and conversion metrics
* Support pre-construction activities through collaborative design/spec engagements
* Represent Vision at key national and regional trade events
* Collaborate cross-functionally with design, estimating, marketing, and operations
Person Profile
* Senior B2B sales manager experience in construction, kitchens and catering,
* Excellent leadership skills.
* Proven experience developing and managing dynamic sales teams
* Commercially astute and financially literate
* Strong contractor and/or client-side contacts in relevant sectors
* Strategic mindset with operational execution capability
* Technologically confident with CRM, Office, and digital sales tools
