Job Description
* working as an Employee Relations Specialist providing expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
* Manage workplace investigations and resolve complex employee issues effectively and confidentially.
* Support managers in implementing consistent and fair performance management processes.
* Collaborate with HR teams to develop and improve employee relations strategies and initiatives.
* Maintain accurate records of all employee relations cases and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
* Advise on disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring alignment with legal and organisational standards.
* Proactively identify trends and recommend strategies to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
* Deliver training sessions for managers on employee relations topics to enhance their capability.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Employee Relations Specialist should have:
* Relevant qualifications in human resources or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Proven experience in managing employee relations issues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility.
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach to resolving workplace matters.
