Junior Sister/Charge Nurse - Paediatric A&E Department

We have an exciting career development opportunity for a Paediatric Junior Sister/Charge Nurse to help lead and manage our growing designated paediatric emergency service. We are a self-contained unit situated within our main A&E Department. We see approximately 50-90 children a day covering all specialities, except minor injury as they are seen within the urgent care centre.
This position offers the opportunity to gain experience in all aspects of paediatric emergency care and management at a senior level when deputising for the Senior Sister. The successful post holder will be supported by the Senior Sister and the Matron for Paediatric ED. There are opportunities to undertake management study days to support your development within this role.
