We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a leading provider of gas delivery solutions within the semiconductor industry, delivering a complete service from initial design through to final shipment.
They are looking for a positive, enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with customers and internal teams. This is a hands-on role where strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills are key.
The Role
Youll manage the end-to-end customer order process, working confidently with internal departments and external customers while using systems such as SAP, CRM platforms, and Excel.
What Youll Be Doing
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers via email and phone
2. Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
3. Process and manage customer orders, including rescheduling, returns, repairs, and rework
4. Collaborate with Production and Purchasing teams to meet delivery commitments
5. Manage order book updates, forecasts, and job costings
6. Raise credit and debit notes
7. Maintain accurate system data including pricing, quotations, BOMs, drawings, and customer records
