Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (1-hour lunch)

Our client, a family-run Car Dealership in Croydon, is seeking an organised Sales Administrator / Customer Retention Specialist to join their Sales team based in Croydon. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service, they pride themselves on honesty, transparency, and exceptional standards.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a key role in a growing business, working in a supportive, target-driven environment with ongoing training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound retention calls to existing customers to encourage vehicle upgrades.
2. Manage plate transfers, clear HPI checks, and create Vehicle packs.
3. Day-to-day Sales Administration
4. Perform general office duties to support the Sales team.
5. Maintain accurate customer data and ensure compliance with FCA regulations (training provided).
Key Requirements:
6. Organised with excellent phone communication skills.
7. Confident working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
8. Ability to manage multiple computer applications and databases (training provided).
9. Motor Trade experience desirable but not essential; Telesales/call centre experience welcome.
10. Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to meet targets.

11. Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
12. £32,000 annual salary.
13. Based in Croydon, Surrey.
