What You'll Do
5. Coordinate financial and project activities to ensure smooth delivery and compliance
6. Assist with the preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and contract documentation
7. Support project managers with scheduling, reporting on progress, and meeting key milestones
8. Liaise with subcontractors, finance teams, and clients to resolve queries and keep communication flowing
9. Carry out reconciliations, monitor budgets, and support audit preparation
10. Maintain accurate financial and project records, ensuring deadlines are met
About You
11. 3+ years' experience in a finance, project coordination, or administration role
12. Strong knowledge of invoicing, reconciliations, and general finance processes
13. Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
14. Proficient in MS Office; experience with Sage 200, SAP, or similar systems a plus
15. A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
