As a Kitchen Team Member, do you have:
* A passion for hospitality
* A willingness to learn new skills every day
* A keen eye for detail
* The ability to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, and food hygiene at The Junction Tap
* Experience in maintaining kitchen equipment
Some of your responsibilities as a Kitchen Team Leader include:
* Assisting with food preparation
* Producing high-quality dishes consistently to specification
* Ensuring the kitchen remains clean and hygienic at all times
* Overseeing deliveries
* Offering suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance
* Working with the team to achieve company targets
