This is a full-time replacement post of 10 Programmed Activities (PAs), including Direct Clinical Contact (DCC) and Supporting Professional Activities (SPAs).

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will foster relational care and collaborative working, act as a senior clinical lead, and provide direct clinical care to young patients. You will demonstrate clinical and strategic leadership, supervise clinicians, and work closely with community CAMHS colleagues, especially from the London Boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Redbridge, Waltham Forest, and Havering. The role also involves leading emergency Mental Health Act assessments in A&E and the Section 136 suite.

Person specification
Qualifications:
* Inclusion in or eligibility for the Specialist Register for Psychiatry or within 6 months of CCT.
* Approved Clinician status or eligibility.
Experience:
* Management of a broad range of mental disorders in older adults.
* Experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds and interpreters.
Knowledge:
* Knowledge of mental health determinants and evidence-based treatments.
* Leadership understanding and application.
Clinical Skills:
* Excellent clinical and communication skills.
