On behalf of our client based in Maghera we are recruiting for a Legal Secretary
Hours: Mon-Frid 9am-5pm - 35hpw
Duties will include:
1. Typing a high volume of legal documents and general correspondence,
2. First point of contact for clients face to fact & over the telephone.
3. Incoming and outgoing post
4. Processing incoming and outgoing emails
5. Preparing client files
6. Dealing with all enquiries efficiently and in a professional manner.
7. Responsible for diary management
Essential Criteria
8. 2 + years Administration experience
9. Experience in a busy office processing legal documents (preferred)
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
11. Must be proficient in using Word, Outlook, Excel
