Role Information
As SENCO, you will be responsible for coordinating the provision of SEND across the school, managing EHCPs, and working closely with parents, staff, and external agencies. You will play a vital role in shaping the school’s inclusive approach and ensuring every student receives tailored support to reach their potential.
Experience and Qualifications
• Qualified SENCO (NASENCO) or willingness to complete qualification
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• QTS (PGCE or equivalent)
