Main duties of the job
Provide personal care including bathing, toileting, dressing, and feeding
Record patient observations including vital signs and escalate concerns
Support clinical procedures such as wound care, venepuncture, and catheter removal (after training)
Assist with medication administration and oxygen therapy (after training)
Escort patients and support enhanced observations
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient dignity and confidentiality

Job responsibilities
These vacancies are open to individuals who:
* Have previous experience working in a healthcare setting, ideally in a Clinical Support Worker or similar role within the NHS or equivalent environment,
* Have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality patient care and making a difference,
* Can demonstrate relevant clinical skills, knowledge, and experience in supporting patients within acute or similar care settings,
* Are able to commit to a full week of induction training at the start of employment,
* Are able to work flexibly across a range of shifts (days, nights, and weekends) to meet the needs of our services,
* Hold GCSE Maths and English grade C/4 or above (or a comparable international qualification). International applicants will be required to provide a UK ENIC Statement of comparability Statement of Comparability | UK ENIC
