Key Responsibilities: Engage with new and existing customers, understanding their needs to create tailored design solutions. Work towards individual and team showroom targets to drive sales performance. Utilise strong sales techniques and product knowledge to maximise opportunities. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless design journey from concept to completion. What We’re Looking For: Previous sales experience, preferably in the Kitchen/ Bedroom/ Bathroom industry. Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer engagement and relationship building.
