– Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
– Operate and maintain various fabrication machinery, including cutters, welders, and press brakes.
– Assemble metal parts and components, ensuring alignment with safety and quality standards.
– Perform welding and finishing techniques, such as grinding and polishing, to achieve the desired finishes.
– Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects.
– Conduct quality checks on finished products and report any defects or issues.
– Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
– Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
– Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues as they arise.

**Skills:**
– Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
– Strong knowledge of various fabrication techniques and processes, including welding (MIG, TIG, and stick).
– Experience with hand tools and machinery used in fabrication.

– Strong physical stamina and dexterity.

**Qualifications:**

– Ability to operate machinery and understand equipment maintenance.
– Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
