About the Role
We're looking for a senior recruitment consultant to join our team and work directly with our MD and founder, who brings 20 years of construction industry experience. This role gives you the chance to help grow our business while working with our established and focused client base.
As an experienced consultant, you'll enjoy the perfect balance of support and independence to manage your own desk. You'll handle the full recruitment process, build relationships with clients and candidates, find talented professionals for open positions, collaborate with team members, and perform all aspects of a 360 recruitment role.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have substantial experience as a Senior Consultant or in a similar position, with a proven track record in recruitment, whether your focus has been on permanent, temporary, or contract placements. Experience in construction recruitment is also required. The successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running within their area of sector expertise and be capable of building and developing their desk independently, without the need for immediate training and ongoing support.
Being self-motivated and managing your time well are essential skills for this position. You should also demonstrate leadership abilities to inspire others, clear and professional communication, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to perform under pressure to meet targets and deadlines.
