Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in a school or care setting preferred)
* A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, resilience, and a proactive approach to learning
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and therapists
* A good standard of written and spoken English
* Right to work in the UK (this school group is unable to offer sponsorship)
