About You
As a Clinical Night Manager at HC-One, you’ll be delivering the very highest standard of care by assessing nursing needs, identifying and implementing the right interventions for every resident. You’ll supervise colleagues, manage shifts, and ensure flawless handover summaries for continuity of care. Your focus will always be resident wellbeing.
You will oversee a team to deliver outstanding care and, in the absence of the Home Manager, take responsibility for leading the team and running the home. Your duties include helping colleagues develop their performance, administering prescribed medicines, and preparing incident reports, always prioritizing resident wellbeing.
You will be responsible for meeting the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect through high standards of care and continuous improvement.
You must be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number and committed to professional standards set by the NMC.
You should have a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues as a practice supervisor and assessor to students. Effective communication and professional behavior are essential.
You will advocate for person-centered care and be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, knowing how to respond appropriately. Attendance at safeguarding training is required.
