The New Business team plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for clients, so professionalism, efficiency, and strong communication skills are essential. In this position, you will support your Team Leader by handling new enquiries relating to sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages. You will be responsible for guiding clients from the very beginning of their transaction, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and delivering an excellent standard of service.
