Location: Maxim Business Park or Aberdeen What you'll be doing Crafting and executing strategic procurement plans. Managing end-to-end tendering and supplier onboarding. Leading subcontractor evaluations and ensuring alignment with technical and HSEQ standards. Drafting contracts and presenting procurement progress to stakeholders. Collaborating with engineering teams to resolve supplier queries. Be a key player in high-profile design and build projects. Work alongside engineering and design teams to shape procurement strategies. Drive supplier relationships and lead subcontractor management. Deliver procurement insights that influence major decisions. Travel across Scotland to see your impact in action. Who we're looking for A proactive mindset and strong critical thinking skills. Excellent stakeholder management and presentation abilities. Proven experience in tendering, contract management, and negotiation. Comfort with e-tendering platforms and procurement tools. A team player with leadership qualities and a background in utilities or construction. A relevant degree or working towards MCIPS. Willingness to travel across Scotland and the UK.
