Inspire Young Minds as a KS1 Teacher in Reading!

GSL Education are seeking a number of dedicated and passionate KS1 Teachers to join vibrant primary schools in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to make a positive impact on the academic and personal development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities as KS1 Teacher:

* Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver creative and inspiring lessons that align with the KS1 curriculum.
* Individualised Support: Cater to the diverse learning needs of students, ensuring every child achieves their full potential.
* Monitor Progress: Assess and track students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Positive Classroom Environment: Foster an inclusive and nurturing classroom where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.
* Collaborate with Staff and Parents: Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for all students.
* Support School Goals: Contribute to the school’s ethos and commitment to providing high-quality education.
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status): Recognised teaching qualification for KS1.
* Experience in KS1 Teaching: Proven ability to deliver the Key Stage 1 curriculum effectively.
* Strong Classroom Management Skills: Create a structured and engaging learning environment.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
* Commitment to Safeguarding: Promote the safety and well-being of all pupils.
* Hold an enhanced child work force DBS registered with the online update service, or, willing to apply for a new on through GSL Education.
