We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Full Time Referrals Officer to join our friendly team in promoting fostering services across Cymru South. Our Bridgend office supports a hybrid working model, offering you the flexibility to work from home.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage referrals from local authorities, ensuring placements are matched to children's needs.
* Communicate effectively with local authorities, foster families, and social workers.
* Utilize your initiative to find creative solutions for foster placement requests.
* Develop positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
We seek someone who is:
* Friendly and approachable with a big personality.
* Possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Motivated to make a difference in the lives of children and families.
* Previous experience in children's services is a plus, but not essential.
