About The Role
Are you ready to take your culinary skills to the next level? As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering the exceptional food experiences that Butlins is known for.
In this exciting position, you will:
* Take charge of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes.
* Oversee and manage a small team of commis chefs, guiding them to deliver our food proposition while adhering to food safety policies.
* Participate in our award-winning Butlins Chef Academy, enhancing your skills in a fun and educational environment, paving the way for your career progression.
* Step in for the Sous Chef when needed, managing daily operations in your section to ensure efficiency and compliance.
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation, setting a standard for health and safety that your team will follow.
* Prepare and cook dishes according to pre-approved recipes, complete daily food diaries, and manage budget margins with support from the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

Typical working hours: Work five days over seven, covering 40 hours per week, with the opportunity to participate in a bonus scheme.
