Duties as a MOT Technician: Perform vehicle repairs and routine servicing tasks. Conduct thorough MOT tests according to DVSA standards as an MOT Technician. Complete diagnostic checks to identify faults promptly as an MOT Technician. Inspect vehicles for signs of wear, damage, and potential issues. Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining repair work. Ensure all work adheres to health and safety standards and quality benchmarks. Assist with general vehicle maintenance duties as required. Maintain accuracy and efficiency in completing all workshop tasks. Requirements: Level 3 Qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. Class 4 and Class 7 MOT Licence (or willing to obtain with employer support). Significant workshop experience, including diagnostic and repair skills. Current UK Driving Licence. Strong attention to detail and a responsible work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
